mapping have been recognised for many years as essential tools when wanting to

Mark Wentworth and Filipe De
Moura are pioneers in the field of Creative Expressive Art and in this workshop
they will share with you their simple yet profound techniques for bringing
focus and clear direction of the steps needed to successful goal setting. You
will learn new and groundbreaking techniques that will transform and add an
exciting dynamic dimension to any previous experience of goal setting, these
methods can be utilised for any goal however big or small.
Recent scientific
discoveries have shown that the way to enhance and tap into our full potential
is by releasing the hidden treasures of the subconscious mind, the master key
to fulfilment in any area of your life is not through the left-brain but
through using right brain stimulation. Colour, imagery, play and symbolism are
all languages of the right brain.
By bringing to life your
goals through creative play and seeing them acted out is much more powerful
than just thinking about or visualising your desired outcome. When we combine
action with imagery and symbolism and add this to written goals we engage whole
brain, whole body stimulation, we then literally embody and become our goals.

Through creative expressive
techniques Mark and Filipe will help you align to a pre-existent latent self
that is already whole and complete, this self then acts as your very own GPS to
success and goal fulfilment.

Quinta da Calma is set in 11 acres of
natural countryside; close to the main city of Faro and just 15 minutes taxi
ride from Faro international airport.
The workshop is non-residential but for
those wishing to take the opportunity to stay at Quinta da Calma the following
special workshop deals are available: 2 nights accommodation and all meals from
Friday dinner through until Sunday lunchtime.

Buganvilea – A wooden dormitory block
with a mix of 4 single and 4 twin rooms. Shared bathroom (1 bathroom per 2
rooms) Tea/coffee making facilities in hallway. Accommodation

Jacaranda – There are 3 twin rooms in
this block, each comprising of twin beds, separate shower room and toilet, and
fridge and tea/coffee making facilities: Accommodation

Rondette – A small wooden house
comprising of living space, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, and 1 double
bedroom. There is also a single bed in the living space. Accommodation package: Single 140€ Twin: 120€
